Methods for obtaining repeat presctiptions

 


For Repeat prescriptions in Eyemouth, this service is available for you in several ways...

1. Please hand in the computer pre-printed reorder slip to the health centre whenever possible.

2. If you find this difficult for medical reasons, you can telephone the surgery on
018907 52619 in the afternoon.
The telephone line is unmanned - please leave your request on the answer phone with your name and date of birth.

Calls for repeat prescriptions can  no longer be taken on 018907 50383

Please do not telephone for repeat prescriptions in the morning as it blocks the telephone line.


3. You can post the slip to the practice. 

4. You can hand the computer pre-printed reorder slip to EYEMOUTH PHARMACY.

Please allow 48 hours (i.e. two working days) for your prescription to be ready. This will enable us to process your request correctly. Your prescription can either be forwarded to the chemist in Eyemouth, or collected by you from the surgery.

If you use the Coldingham surgery, you can collect your prescription from the surgery, again allowing 48 hours for the prescription to be ready. The Coldingham surgery closes for lunch between 1.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. daily.
