Provides over the counter medication, smoking cessation products and medication reviews / advice. The Minor Ailment Service provides treatment for: Athlete’s foot, cold-sores, constipation, cough, diarrhoea, ear ache, eczema, haemorrhoids (piles), hayfever, head lice, indigestion, mouth ulcers, nappy rash, threadworms, warts and verrucae. It also provides painkillers.

Report relevant medical conditions to housing officer so the medical practice can be sent a form to complete

In the event of current absence from work due to ill health for over 7 days – inform reception as usually does not need an appointment
