Raising a complaint
One of our main aims as a practice is to ensure that our patients receive a very high level of health care. If you ever feel that our standards have fallen below what you would come to expect we would invite you to read our complaints procedure which gives you all the relevant information to inform us of your issue.
The practice would like to hear a wide variety of feedback from the community about the service we provide.
